Here are my “two cents”:

I have know about Zappos for a long time but I had no idea that they offered free shipping and a 1 yr return policy. That is awesome in my opinion. One of my pet peeves is to order some thing online and then have trouble if I need to return it! Also, I will not order something online if I have to pay to ship it, so Zappos definitely has my attention there! I also had no clue that they sold housewares! Who knew?
