Petcentric: The Place for Pet Lovers and a Rachael Ray Tote Bag Giveaway (Closed)

I always said I was a dog person. Well, that was until my family was adopted by a kitten and we fell in love with her. I say we were adopted by her because we tried everything to find her a home when she showed up at our doorstep but somehow she found a way in to our hearts and home without us even realizing it. So now I proudly say I am an “animal person”!

My son tells everyone, “My cat is from the streets!” I think it is sweet how much my son loves his MoMo kitty…ok I am going to stop being so sappy and move on with my post now.

petcentric-com-01 I was recently introduced to Petcentric.com a site that is perfect for a family like mine. Purina’s Petcentric.com has something for everyone. It is sort of a one stop site for all things pet related. You can find articles, stories, funny videos, blogs, and contests all in one place. I spent time over there today and I found this article about Why Dogs Look Like Their Owners to be very interesting. I guess there is some truth behind this statement – who would have thought?

    I liked the “dog-speak” translator. The pictures and videos were also very enjoyable. The picture of the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was a special favorite because if it were black and white instead of brown and white it would look very much like my daughter’s dog.

    I love the pictures on that site,they are just too cute,how they choose a winner each week is beyond me,I couldnt they are just so precious,an they have a post where you can learn to speak what your dog barks mean,interesting indeed!

    A fun thing I found was in the fun & games section under tools was the Learn to Speak Dog tool — I learned how to say I’m happy, I’m sad, I’m silly, and I’m ready to play.
