It was one of those “when it rains, it pours” weeks for me so I have to be honest and say that Nutrisystem took a back seat this week. It was one thing after the other this week. Without going into the gory details, just imagine needing a new transmission on one car, a new set of tires on another car, a cat who needed (and got) surgery, a mother’s day program at preschool (which means taking a day off of work) and 2 major school assignments due this week! I am exhausted! Not to mention just being a mom, Special Education high school teacher, wife, student, and blogger.
I honestly did my best to stick to my program but life just got crazy – I fell into my emotional eating and I wish I hadn’t because I really do feel better when I stick to the Nutrisystem food. I have no idea why I turn to french fries when I am stressed.
Nutrisystem if you are reading this, I need you to create some french fries (please!)

Ugh it really sounds like you had quite the week!! Still you didn’t GAIN anything and that in itself is something to be so proud of! 🙂 WTG!!
Sometimes life gets busy and takes over. It does sound like you had quite the week, but it was only one week, so don’t beat yourself up over it. You didn’t gain any weight, and you have lost over 12 pounds so far, so you are doing great! Hopefully you will be able to get back on track this week and see another negative at your next weigh in. Keep it up!
