With the 4th of July only a couple days away, I got to thinking about how I am going to keep my energy up until “fireworks” time. Every year I simply run out of steam before the fireworks start so this year I wanted to create a drink that would give me and the rest of my adult guests that “spark” of energy we need to make it through this exciting…yet long day.
This was my inspiration for my newest creation, “The Firecracker”! This patriotic drink is super easy yet super yummy at the same time!
The Firecracker Iced Coffee & Cream Float
Ingredients:
International Delight Iced Coffee
Whipped Cream
Ice Cream (flavor of your choice)
Pop Rocks
Cherries
Directions:
Put two scoops of ice cream in a glass. I recommend Vanilla or Coffee flavor but this is really up to you.
Fill the rest of the glass 3/4th of the way full with International Delights Iced Coffee.
Top with whipped cream , a cherry and a large sprinkle of Pop Rocks candy.
Simple Right! This is the perfect drink to enjoy while the real firecrackers or going off and has a little bit of a festive twist to it!
