I keep a box of Bisquick in the house so I can surprise the kids on weekends! Sometimes I add chocolate chips if it’s really a special Sunday. All you need is a batter bowl, a cast iron skillet, and a pancake turner to make your sweethearts’ smile.
Weekends are for being home with the family. I can whip up so many wonderful things with Bisquick so it’s kind of my little secret for you on this Friday! Enjoy!

We have organized (and COOKED) for many Pancake Day type fundraisers over the years – since we were in High School actually (and THAT was a long long time ago!)
BUT my honey/hubby still gets serious cravings for “Pancake Day” here at home at least once a month – and who am I to deprive him of such a simple pleasure? (Especially when blueberries are in season!)
