Earlier this week, I went out to Costco to pick up some pork chops so I could give it a go with my first try at cooking pork chops. So now I am back with my super simple recipe for Crock Pot Pork and Potatoes. Now please do not laugh! I am talking SIMPLE here! I was also not going for pretty with this recipe. I mean come on, I have a house full of boys. They could care less if it looks good on the plate but it better TASTE good! I am going for quick and edible… well hopefully yummy!
This recipe tastes good and takes minutes to get going. Then you just leave it in the crock pot and go on with your day!
Crock Pot Pork & Potatoes
Pork Chops ( as many as you need to feed your family) I used 4 and froze the rest for later!
2 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
Carrots (as many as you want – or as little)
Red Potatoes ( I used 5 potatoes cut in quaters)
Throw it all in the crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours. Serve up when ready. I served with rice.
Remember the new pork temperature guidelines I wrote about in my last post! So make sure your pork is cooked fully.
Also remember, you get $2.50 off pork chops, loins, and roasts at Costco from now until the 9th!
