CILANTRO GOAT CHEESE WITH FIG, PISTACHIO AND CRANBERRIES
1 (8 TO 11 OZ.) Package Goat Cheese
3 TBSP. Fig Spread
1/3 CUP Coarsely Chopped Pistachios
1/3 CUP Coarsely Chopped Dried Cranberries
Place goat cheese on shallow plate and brush fig spread over goat cheese. Combine pistachios and cranberries and pour over goat cheese. Roll goat cheese in pistachio mixture, pressing mixture into goat cheese until evenly coated. Serve with Pita Chips.
GOAT CHEESE WITH CHIPOTLE HONEY & PEPITOS
3 TBSP. Honey
1/8 TSP. Ground Chipotle Chili Powder
1 (8 TO 11 OZ.) Package Goat Cheese
1/3 CUP Coarsely Chopped Pepitos (Pumpkin Seeds)
2 TBSP. Chopped Fresh Cilantro
Combine honey and chipotle chili powder. Place goat cheese on shallow plate and drizzle honey mixture over goat cheese. Combine pepitos and cilantro and pour over goat cheese. Roll goat cheese in pepitos mixture, pressing mixture into goat cheese until evenly coated. Serve with Pita Chips.
GOAT CHEESE WITH PESTO, PINE NUTS AND SUNDRIED TOMATOES
1 Package (11 OZ.) Goat Cheese
1 TBSP. Prepared Pesto
1/3 CUP Coarsely Chopped Pine Nuts
1/3 CUP Coarsely Chopped Sundried Tomatoes
Place goat cheese on shallow plate and brush pesto over goat cheese. Combine pine nuts and tomatoes and pour over goat cheese. Roll goat cheese in pine nut mixture, pressing mixture into goat cheese until evenly coated. Serve with Pita Chips.
