When I did the one for Purex it would not go thru with a picture either. I removed the pic and just used one of theirs and then it went thru fine. They sent me an email saying that they would be making a decision in a couple weeks. I emailed them about the pic, just to see if I could get some more information and this is what i got back;

As of today the Kraft first taste website is crashing EVERY TIME I try to register. I got to the end (or almost end) of the process this last time & it crashed again. “Sorry we had a technical error, please return to our homepage”. Not sure if this is regular, but just thought I’d give a heads-up.
No this is not typical – Amber! Usually the site is excellent! I am sure it will got back to normal soon.

Unfortunately almost all are for US only which sucks for us Canadians. Even worse, they don’t state that and you don’t find out till you start filling out the form.
