Another week on the Nutrisystem program and I hit a bit of a weight loss slow down. I did not lose anything this week but I am not disappointed. I see my clothes fitting different. I am not nearly as sluggish as I was a couple months back and I know I just need to push through this.
I find breakfast and lunch is a breeze for me. I enjoy the foods offered on the program and I have no problem with being tempted with unhealthy foods. Dinner is another story though, with two growing boys in the house,. I find myself surrounded by temptation constantly. It is hard!
Good news though, this week I found one more Nutrisystem food favorite – the cheesy home style potatoes. They are very filling and great on a cold day. I love them!
Oh and one last thing, I figured some of you may be debating about starting a diet program and thinking that Nutrisystem may be too expensive for you. Honestly, when you look at this price comparison between Nutrisystem and Jenny Craig you can see it is affordable in comparison. Nutrisystem is all three of your daily meals so make sure you factor that in when you consider the price. You do need to supplement in some fresh fruit, veggies and dairy but other than that you are set to go buy simply ordering the food.

My name is Sara, I am a wife, a mom to 2 jokers also known as my little boys (a 5 year and 2yr old!), and a Special Education High School teacher...not sure I have room for anything else but I sure can try!

You’re doing great!
Mmm, I love those potatoes too… You’re still doing amazing, Sara! The fact that you can tell your body is feeling better is awesome! Keep it up!
