I can not believe that I have 3 weeks of Nutrisystem under my belt (pun intended!) already! It has been going pretty smooth. This week was a little hectic in terms of my schedule so I did hit some bumps in the road. Doctors appointments, a new college class and a 3 years old birthday party really threw me for a few loops.
What did I learn from my busy schedule and trying to stay on my diet?
I need to pack an emergency kit for my car. I need to have healthy snacks and Nutrisystem snacks/meals with me at all times. This way when I spend all day traveling from appointment to appointment, I don’t just starve myself or turn to a quick fix like fast food. This week I did have a few “slip ups” but I have learned and have packed my emergency bag so hopefully I will be more prepared next time.
This week, I also got to customize and order my next month of food and I am excited this time around because now I know exactly what foods I like. This time when the box arrives I know it will be full of all my yummy favorites! Pizza, popcorn, cinnamon rolls and chocolate muffins!
So now for the important part…
Week #1 = -3 lbs
Week #2 = -2 lbs
Week #3 = -2 lbs
Grand Total = –7 lbs
I fought through my busy schedule with only a few minor slip ups and lost 2 more pounds!
