I have talked before about the fact that my kids have decided that all they want to eat is Goldfish crackers. This is a HUGE problem! I am trying to be productive about it and find ways to make homemade baby food for Squeaker Man so that he gets a the wholesome healthy food he needs BUT I am definitely not very good in the kitchen…

That is where Infantino’s new infant feeding line comes in! It is simple and wonderful! Now this is a sneak peek at the new line which will be available at BabiesRUs stores nationwide in August! So you are privileged here people!
With so many parents making the move to homemade baby foods for its nutritional (not to mention money-saving!) benefits, Infantino has created a new line of products called “Make it Easy” (a complete set of infant feeding items that work together for everything from steaming to storage).
Infantino has teamed up with worldwide culinary expert and bestselling author, Annabel Karmel and designed a new line of feeding products aimed specifically at providing healthy eating habits for infants and toddlers.
The “Make it Easy” system includes:
Stackable Food Pots – These stackable food pots are perfect for storing fresh baby food. The pots clip together for easy storage and are see-through so you can tell what food is inside. 6 months+
Steam Release Micro Dish- This Micro-cook dish ensures healthy cooking for babies. Cooking food in a microwave is a healthy way of cooking as it helps to retain all the nutrients. The lid has an easy valve system to let the steam out of the container. There is also less waste as the bowl is an ideal size for a baby food portion. 6 months +
Mash & Serve Bowl – The Food Masher & Bowl is great for use at home or out and about. For instant baby food, simply mash banana, avocado, peach or pear on its own or with a little breast milk or formula. It’s perfect for making individual portions for baby. 6 months +.
Double Decker Mealbox – This Lunch Box makes it easy to store baby purees & finger foods. The double layer storage box ensures that food doesn’t get squashed and with a spoon & fork included, it’s easy to feed your baby when you are out and about. 9 months +.
Freeze Tray – This large Food Cube Tray works to store small portions of your baby’s food. By preparing food in batches and freezing it in the food cube tray, you need only cook once or twice a week. Ideal for weaning. 6 months+.

Fresh Food Mill – This Food Mill is ideal for making smooth purees for young babies as it gets rid of tough fibers, which are difficult to digest, in foods like dried apricots and sweet corn. 6 months +.
Fill & Freeze Puree Pops – Sucking on something cold will help soothe sore gums when baby is teething. These ice lolly molds are ideal for making fresh fruit lollies from pureed fresh fruit and pure fruit juice. 9 months +.
My Two Cents:
When I opened the box with this line in it, my first thought was how pretty they were. I know that is a little strange but with me and maybe with you as well, I need to want to use the tools in my kitchen! I immediately wanted to try these, especially the food mill. These products are fun! They save money and I feel like a better mom when I use them because I am serving my baby better food.
My older son loves making ice pops and now I do too because look at the cute Mini Ice Lolly set that is the perfect size for both my little guys!
This feeding line just makes my life easier and brings a bit of sunshine to my kitchen which makes me smile!

My name is Sara, I am a wife, a mom to 2 jokers also known as my little boys (a 5 year and 2yr old!), and a Special Education High School teacher...not sure I have room for anything else but I sure can try!

Those are really cute! You are right you have to want to use something and the first thing I thought when I saw the picture of the grinder was oh, I want to try it!

tip – we make up silly names for foods…brocolli = smart trees!
I would use it to make some of the veggies we grow in the garden for my kids to eat.
I eat what I serve them so that they see someone else eating it and enjoying it too.
I would use it to have my older kids help prepare yummy food for their baby brother.

I would use the system to grind veggies and freeze the food in cubes!
I’m still expecting my first child. But from experience with nieces & nephews, I would wait until they take an interest in grown-up food before introducing to solids.

I would definitely make more homemade baby food.
One of the best tips I’ve learned as a mom is to try new things with your child. Just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean they won’t. I’m not big on cauliflower but my kids love snacking on fresh cauliflower and broccoli with a side of fat-free ranch dressing.
I would use it for fruits and vegetables from our garden.

I would love to use that microwave steamer. I’m due with baby #2 and with my first, I usually cooked the veggies and apples over the stovetop in boiling water. This would definitely make this more simple!
One tip I have is boiled cut up apples on the stovetop with cinnamon. That was by far his favorite first finger food!
