BY now you all know that I have two little boys in my house that are full of all that “boy energy”… I have no clue where it come from but I am pretty sure they suck it out me! Their energy just keeps going and going and going. It remind me of the Tasmanian Devil from Looney Toons or maybe the Energizer Bunny…!
Anyway, there is a certain commercial for the Little Tikes Spray & Rescue Fire Truck that comes on during their shows on Nickeloleon that makes both my boys stop in their takes and stare. Beefaroni (my oldest) immediately does the typical 4 year old whine…. “MOM, I need that, I want that, PLEASE – It has a real working fire hose!” and my little one, lovely called “The Squeaker Man” just squeaks away at the screen, “Mama, Mama” and giggles! Obviously my boys want this toy! SO I wrote Little Tikes and asked if I could try it out and they said YES!
Can I just tell you that I scored HUGE mom points for this! So thank you all for reading this blog because without you I would not be half as cool to my boys as I am now and that really means a lot to me! My boys love this truck! It is similar to the Little Tikes Cozy Coupe I wrote about a while back BUT it sprays water which is a huge selling point. It is great for playing around on hot summer days in Southern California!
Yes, I must admit that has been a bit of sibling rivalry over the one Spray and Rescue Truck we own but my oldest is getting better about pushing his younger brother around in it. I consider it a good lesson for both of them in sharing!
I truly can not say enough good things about the Little Tikes brand. They are good quality, long lasting toys. They can stand being left outside in all sorts of weather (trust me I have done it!) and I am never disappointed with them!
