I know you were all anxiously awaiting my Fresh Diet update on Friday and when it did not come I am sure you were bummed! Well, here I am to tell you how my week went.
I did lose this week, although I only lost a pound. I am happy with that though because I learned something very important this week!
As you can see I do not have a update photo like I usually do. This is because my husband decided to take me on a trip to Las Vegas this weekend (Fri – Sunday morning) and I put my Fresh Diet deliveries on hold. I decided what was eaten in Vegas was going to stay in Vegas! Now, here is were my lesson came into play! As much as I wanted to eat all the sinful things that Vegas had to offer, I had such a hard time doing it because my stomach had shrunk! I was only able to eat maybe a third of what I used to be able to eat! I was so surprised. I quickly realized that after 3 weeks on The Fresh Diet my stomach could only handle appropriate amounts and proportions of food. It was nice getting that full satisfied feeling so quickly when I sat down to eat.
I am so thankful for this month on The Fresh Diet because it has taught me so much about listening to my body. Even though my brain says I want soda and french fries, when I actually sit down and try to eat them, I quickly realize that I do not need them or really find them very good anymore. I especially do not like the way my body feels after I eat them (and yes I did eat both in Vegas and I am sure the scale will show that fact next Friday!)
Anyway, I am sure I gained some weight this weekend in Vegas but I am also confident that The Fresh Diet will help me get things back under control again! I can not say enough about how happy I am on this program.

My name is Sara, I am a wife, a mom to 2 jokers also known as my little boys (a 5 year and 2yr old!), and a Special Education High School teacher...not sure I have room for anything else but I sure can try!

Wow! You are doing so great! It really does motivate me to try and get out there and lose weight! I am eating better but I just can’t give up the fries…LOL
Best of luck! And I agree “what you eat in Vegas, stays in Vegas”!
