Check this out! I am so excited!
By simply using The Fresh Diet I lost 5 lbs this week. I made an effort to drink lots of water and it honestly was not bad at all! OK, I did take a few bites of pasta salad and cake on the 4th of July but other than that I was a devoted Fresh Dieter! I really love the food a lot. It is so fresh and yummy. I am getting terribly spoiled having the food waiting at my door every morning and not having to cook or decide what to eat at every meal. I know your thinking what do you get to eat…?
My top three food items this week:
1.) Multi-Grain Pancakes with Fresh Strawberries & Mango Yogurt
2.) Chocolate Chip muffin
3.) Fresh Mozzarella Wrap with Baby Spinach, Roasted Bell Pepper and Basil Pesto on Sun-Dried Tomato Tortilla.
Seriously, there was so many other yummy meals that my list could be much longer. I was also able to eat chocolate cake and cheesecake! I really like that I can have a small dessert most nights. I do not feel like I am on a diet at all.
The biggest part of The Fresh Diet that took a few days to get used to was the portion sizes. I am so used to America’s super sized portions that when I started eating The fresh Diets healthy and appropriate meals I was like “huh, there is no food here?” but now I am used to it and I feel full after I eat a normal portion. It is a good feeling!
Now, I carry my Fresh Diet Cooler bag everywhere with me so I won’t be tempted to eat any other food. I stick some water bottles in there too and I am a happy camper. I call the bag my new trendy fashion accessory!
By the way, The Fresh Diet is still having a great 4th of July deal on the program until 7/10 that you may want to check out!
My plan for this week is to incorporate so exercise…I am not a fan of exercise but I am going to try to get on my elliptical and walk with my boys. I will let you know how it goes!

What are your little ones eating? Are you still having to cook for them or do they eat the same food? Just curious!
Luckily Hubby is helping out and is cooking most of the time for all the boys! Score!
