I love to have apples in my kitchen as they make for a quick, healthy snack. But, every once in awhile, they don’t get eaten as quickly as I’d like, so I whip up this Delicious Caramel Apple Dip recipe to go with them and voila! They are gone! Not only does it taste great but it takes just a few ingredients and is no time at all to whip up!
For this recipe, you’ll need:
- 1 oz. package regular cream cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
In a medium size bowl (big enough to use your mixer in) soften the cream cheese in the microwave. Add the brown sugar.

Next, add the cinnamon and vanilla.
Mix ingredients well with a mixer to combine flavors together. Your mixture should be smooth, but still firm enough to dip into.

Enjoy!

Looks yummy I like the color from the brown sugar. I keep a bowl like this
in my fridge all of the time for grapes’ dipping. It makes me eat them faster.
I use powdered sugar instead so mine is white and fat free cream cheese.
Thanks for an easy recipe. You could also take those same ingredients & heat
them on the stove to make a homemade caramel sauce.
Is this really just one ounce of cream cheese or six. It just looks like more in the pic. I want to make this for a bday party this weekend. Sounds yummy! Thanks.
