I don’t think it is that I do not like to exercise. I think it is that I get bored VERY easily. Every year I commit to get moving and get healthy then I fail miserably. I realized this year that I do not think it is because I do not like to exercise… I simple need to change up my routine a little.

Recently Lionsgate sent over a couple of their newest fitness DVDs for me to check out and of course the timing could not be better since one of my new years resolution is yet again to get in better shape.

At first, I dreaded opening up the package because I did not think I would enjoy “yet another workout dvd” but once I did I was pleasantly surprised. I choose these four DVDs (descriptions below) to review because I am a fan of the show “The Biggest Loser” and I figured I would like Bob and Jillian’s approaches to workouts, and I did. Although they have different approaches I found plusses in both sets. I like to rotate between Jillians DVDs and Bobs DVDs just to “spice it up!” So far so good!
