I completed my first week on Nutrisystem and in all honesty it went by quite smoothly. The biggest challenge was adapting to small (realistic) food portions. A mini pizza on Nutrisystem is actually a MINI pizza! A cinnamon roll is smaller than the size of my palm. This all took some adjusting to but it is something that needs to be done.
The food is good. Some of it is quite good to tell the truth which is not what I expected to be telling you. Some of the options I could take or leave but isn’t that the way it is with everything. Everyone like different things.
I like a lot of the breakfast items but I really liked the Double Chocolate Muffin, the Cinnamon Roll and the Breakfast Burrito. YUM!
I enjoy the Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar and the Chicken with Noodles and Vegetables. Yes, I said chocolate for lunch!
For dinner, I love the pizzas and the Glazed Chicken Tenderloins with green beans. Seriously, I would eat these pizza any day (dieting or not!).
So now for the important part…
Yep, I stuck to the plan and I lost three pounds! Go me!
