I Heart Saving Money and the Krazy Coupon Lady are reporting that the Target toy coupon books are available at the Customer 
Service desks of some Targets. So check your local Target and let me know if you have any luck!
The Krazy Coupon Lady has the list of all the coupons that are available in the book plus any manufacturer’s coupons that are available to use with the Target coupons.
