I am sure my parents had wished this product was around when I was a baby. The EarCheck Inner Ear Monitor by Innovia Medical is a very helpful product for parents like mine. I was a baby with constant ear infections and therefore constant crying. It seemed like I was only happy in my swing or on car rides where the fluid in my ear would level out. Now that I am a parent every time my son cries and even brushes his ear I jump to the assumption that his ears are infected but thanks to this product my worries can be lessened (even if it is just a little). By no means is this device a replacement for a doctors diagnosis but it does help to give you as a parent a better idea of what is going on with your child’s health and happiness so I wanted to share it with you.

The EarCheck is a device that looks an awful lot like a thermometer but it actually tests the fluid level in your son or daughter’s middle ear. By measuring the fluid level in the middle ear it can give you a better idea of if your child is suffering from an ear infection or not. The best thing is that you can do this right from home and without any pain or stress to your child.

Now since I am a very worrisome mother I would definitely say that if you are concerned you still call or head to your doctor but I like having this product around the house for a little extra peace of mind!
