My Good Cents and Nicole over at Nicole’s Nickels found another website where you could possibly get some books to read for free. The site is called Read it Forward and as far as I can tell you request a book (first come first serve) and if you receive a book then the idea would be that you read it and pass it on. Simple.
Also here are some sites from a previous post for those of us who are interested in reviewing books (and then getting to keep the books afterwards):
Harper Collins First Look has a program for reviewing adult bookshere and children’s books here. You fill out a request for which ever books you would like a chance to review and then if they accept you as a reviewer for that book then they send you the book. You then have a deadline to read and review the book by. The book choices change often. I just finshed up a very good book that they sent me.
ReaderSpoils.com lets you earn Starbucks cards for reviewing books. For each book you review you will receive a free copy of the book, most likely digital, and a free Starbucks gift card. In the future the site says they hope to offer free t-shirts, mugs, hats, and other promotional items for your reviews. Although these books are probably in digital format this may be worth it for the Starbucks cards and for the off chance that you may get a real book to read and review. I haven’t tried this site out yet so let me know if any of you have. I would love to hear about the experience so far.

My name is Sara, I am a wife, a mom to 2 jokers also known as my little boys (a 5 year and 2yr old!), and a Special Education High School teacher...not sure I have room for anything else but I sure can try!
